SoloTransfer
Executive chauffeur service, Tallinn — bilingual Astro site built for AI search and answer engines: llms.txt, FAQ schema, 10 service landing pages
SoloTransfer is a Tallinn-based executive chauffeur service with an electric Mercedes-Benz fleet, licensed for international passenger transport across Estonia, the Baltics, and the wider EU. The range runs from airport meet-and-greet and private chauffeur hours to artist logistics, protocol driving, weddings, sport teams, and private tours. The site had to carry a premium brand and still work as a sales channel: every service findable on its own — in Google and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — with enquiries landing directly with a coordinator, in English and Estonian.
Challenge
Ten very different services share one fleet. An artist manager booking a cross-border tour and a couple booking wedding transport search for completely different things — one general "chauffeur service" page would rank for neither.
More and more clients ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling search results: "VIP airport transfer Tallinn", "chauffeur Tallinn to Riga price". An answer engine only recommends a business it can read, trust, and quote — exact facts, prices, licence, coverage — not a slogan behind a hero image.
There is no booking platform behind the business, and there shouldn't be: every trip is quoted by a person. The site needed a reservation flow that collects everything the coordinator needs for a fixed quote, without pretending to be an instant checkout.
Solution
Each service has its own landing page in both languages, with Estonian URLs written as real Estonian slugs (/et/teenused/lennujaama-transfeer-tallinn/) rather than translated English paths. Separate fleet, rates, and about pages answer the questions a premium client asks before getting in touch.
The site is built for AI search from the ground up. /llms.txt gives answer engines a short, factual index — legal entity, licence, fleet, coverage, indicative prices — and /llms-full.txt carries the full site text, regenerated from the published pages at every build. robots.txt explicitly welcomes AI search and answer crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot and more). Every service page carries FAQPage schema with direct question-and-answer pairs, the format AI answers quote most readily, and Lighthouse rates the site 3/3 for agentic browsing.
The reservation form — service, date and time, passengers, phone with country code — posts to a server-side endpoint and reaches the coordinator directly, with WhatsApp and phone as parallel routes. Site-wide LocalBusiness schema carries the company details, 24/7 hours, served countries, and an OfferCatalog of all ten services. GA4 stays off by default and only loads through Consent Mode after an explicit opt-in.
